Deferred Penny-Drop Bank Verification

Section 194H TDS Withholding (5%)
In strict accordance with the Indian Income Tax Act, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is withheld at the statutory 5% rate under Section 194H on all commission disbursements. Form 16A certificates are generated quarterly for seamless income tax filing.
₹2,000 Minimum Payout & Automatic Rollover
A minimum disbursement threshold of ₹2,000 applies. If accrued commissions in a billing cycle are below ₹2,000, the exact accrued balance rolls over automatically to the subsequent month without fee or forfeiture until the threshold is met.
